Im Banff National Park findet man herrliche Bergseen, wie hier zum Beispiel den Moraine Lake.

Noch bekannter ist Lake Louise mit seiner spiegelglatten Oberfläche am Fuße des Victoria-Gletschers.

Even more known is Lake Louise with its mirrorlike surface at the bottom of Victoria Glacier.

In Jasper National Park können die Gletscher des Columbia Icefield mit speziellen Bussen (Snowmobiles) befahren werden. Die Gletscher sind mehrere hundert Meter dick.

In Jasper National Park it is possible to get onto the glaciers of Columbia Icefield by the means of special buses called snowmobiles. The glaciers are some hundreds of meters of depth.
